Range Soundless Cracking Agentvvv
¡¡¡¡HSCA is a noncombustible
and nonexplosive material, it is safe and convenient in transportation,
storage and operation.
¡¡¡¡HSCA is a silent demolition agent which does not cause any
vibration, noise, flyrock, ash and hazardous gas during demolition.
¡¡¡¡ Demolition and cutting are allowed to be used according
to working scheme. HSCA can gain a high yield for mining of
granite, marble etc. It is very easy to crush & remain
reinforced concrete structures on demand during demolition.
¡¡¡¡Easy to operate at job site.

¡¡¡¡2¡¢HSCA is a kind
of inorganic material consisted of calcium, silicon, iron
and aluminium in the form of powder.
¡¡¡¡3¡¢The expansive pressure of HSCA.
¡¡¡¡The HSCA slurry should be poured into hold drilled into
rock or concrete. The expansive pressure can be introduced
in the HDES in 3-20 ours after filling, making rocks, granite
and white marble crack. The cracks further spread and vecome
wider and wider with time so as to root our easy to rocks, etc.
¡¡¡¡4¡¢HSCA products are packed in moistureproof boxes and each
box contains four plastic bags, each of which holds 5kg HSCA
powder. That is, 20kg HSCA powder per box. To keep dry in
storage, about a year of time of efficacy can be reached.
¡¡¡¡Mining and cutting
of marble and granite. The tield is 2-3 times higher with
HSCA than by current explosion method. Because of non vibration
crush, the yield is also doubled. Crushing and demolition
of structures of concrete and reinforced concrete HSCA can
be applied in the field where cracking by means of exposice
is not suitable. While crushing and demolition is carrying,
workshop and traffic near operating site is still.

Operation
of HSCA at Job Site
|
¡¡ Drilling£ºDrill
hoill hole with an air drill according to the requirements
of design.
¡¡ Stirring
devices £º10-20L plastic or metal barreel mixer: allow a small
amount of HSCA to mix by hand. But need using rubber blove.
Measuring water devices: measuring glass protector, rubber
glove, protective glasses.
¡¡ Stirring£ºPour
about 1.5L clean watrer into a container and add one bag of
HSCA slowly (Pour water 30% of HSCA by weight), then mix well
with a mixer until it becomes a slurry of good fludity.
¡¡ Filling£ºfirst
of all, clean up the holes before filling, HSCA slurry should
be poured into hole whthin 10 minutes after mixing with water.
For horizontal holes, a grouting pump and a plug for stopping
up are required, or fill the holes with thick paste of HSCA.
¡¡ Cracking
and cutting time£ºthe cracks appear in 3-20 hours after filling,
depending on air temerature of rocks and concrete. The cracks
further spread and become wider and wider with time.
¡¡ For
safety, always use industrial gloves and protective eye wears
when working. After filling do not look at any hole closely
and directly.
¡¡ If
skin is stained with some HSCA slurry, immediately wash away
is necessary, in order to prevent hurt from corroding by the
slurry.
¡¡ Make
a choice among the types of HSCA products and use one which
is suitable to working temperature. Keep dry in storage.
